Meet Yardena Wolf
Yardena Wolf is a political strategist, executive advisor, and entrepreneur with experience spanning government, campaigns, technology, and organizational leadership.
She spent several years as Chief of Staff to a senior Member of Congress, overseeing operations in Washington, D.C. and California and advising on political strategy, legislation, communications, personnel, and stakeholder engagement. Her work has included navigating complex policy issues and building relationships with elected officials, government leaders, advocacy organizations, business leaders, and other stakeholders at the federal, state, and local levels.
Most recently, Yardena has managed many political campaigns, where she directed statewide operations with multi-million dollar budgets, and hundreds of staff. She is also the founder of Findraiser, an AI-powered political fundraising technology company, and advises companies and organizations on government affairs, strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex political environments. Earlier in her career, she advised campaigns, PACs, nonprofits, and other organizations on fundraising and strategy.
Yardena is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Political Science, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the University’s Blackburn Institute. She was honored with the University’s 18 Under 31 Young Alumni award, in part due to her integral role in desegregation efforts on campus in 2013 as a young student.
Her career and work in politics have been featured in ELLE and Marie Claire, among other publications. Across her work in government, politics, business, and advisory roles, she brings the perspective of someone who has operated on multiple sides of the table and understands how to turn ambitious objectives into practical strategy and results.
